Very much a thinking person's thriller, this raises even more questions now than it did when it was first released about organ farming.
First and foremost though it is simply one of the best thillers of the 70's, excellently acted, and quite chilling.
Trivia note; star spotters should also look out for a very brief early role for Tom Selleck.
